It is a full scholarship offered by KPM to those who are interested in any four basic science subject;physics,chemistry,biology and mathematics. This scholarship are offered for three different study level; degree,master and Phd. The purpose of this scholarship is to produce more experts in science field and also, to produce more sciencetist in Malaysia.

Hello again! So, today I'm gonna share with you guys about my experience during scholarship interview for Mybrain. First of all, I would like to claim that every interviewer is different so, the questions might be slightly differ but anyway, you can actually kinda guess what scope of questions they'll ask. A little background story before I got the interview offer, I actually found about this scholarship through my friends but I kinda ignored until like, two days before the application close ehehe:D but Alhamdulillah I passed for the next stage which is physchometric test and to be really honest, I thought I would never pass the test because I kinda just do it for fun yet again Alhamdulillah, I was qualified for the interview. My advice is, days before your interview, make sure you practise and read a lot about current issues. For me, it's kinda better to prepare answer schemes for most commonly asked questions during interview..The questions asked might be in Bahasa or in english and it's better to aswer in the language that have been asked..So here are the few examples of most frequently asked questions and MOST likely you'll be asked;

• Tell me about yourself and family background.(okay, so after telling a little bit about yourself..if you mention your hobby,they might asked further about your hobby so don't just give out things that you don't actually do)
• Why choose the specific course?
• Who is your biggest inspiration?
• Do you know the purpose of this scholarship?
• If you get accepted, what will you contribute to the country?
• What is your strength and weakness?
• What are your choices in UPU?(this is very tricky,they want to know about your interest)
• Educate yourself about background of university you're currently studying/previously studied.
• General knowledge about your specific subject and famous person in the field.
• Malaysia's current issues obviously( might as well overseas,just keep yourself updated)

Also, I think it is also important to note the questions that the interviewer asked might be co-related to your previous answer so answer WISELY to avoid further questions that you might cannot answer. They might as well ask about your university's misi and visi so prepare jelah. 

On the day of the interview,wear formal clothing either baju kurung or blazer. For this year, it is quite surprising to me because they actually interview one person ONLY at a time and the time given was 30 minutes. I mean, can you imagine how many questions they asked during the time??!!( I lost count to them,too nervous) Yup, it's quite different from previous years where they interview two/three persons at a time which I think, IS much better..I mean, LESS questions,right?Anyway, during the interview, make sure you appear confident and enthusiastic about the subject you've chosen cause they really wanna choose someone who's interested and is able to give full comitment. So.. I guess that's all! Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I chose chemistry btw. For those who are about to get interviewed or waiting for UPU result....Best of luck!! Let's all nail this!
